Repair your Magnus Chord Organ:
If you've already read How it Works then let's begin!
Start by unplugging the organ, and flipping it upside down.

Remove the screws along the outer perimeter (usually there are four).

On some models, you might have to remove the music stand and bezels.

Remove the upper case and set it off to the side.

Now, you will need to remove the two screws that hold the key assembly to the duct, and remove the assembly. After removing the key assembly, remove the three or four bolts that hold the spring assembly to the key assembly. Remove the spring assembly and set it aside.

Remove the upper U-bracket from the spring assembly so the springs can be removed for cleaning and lubrication.

You will now see the Main board still in the case. There is a rubber seal beneath the board, try not to damage it as it must be reused. If your organ has been repaired previously, it is possible that there is tape around the board or that the board is glued into the duct. The board does not have to be removed unless you are fixing a 'buzzing' note or an air leak.

If your model has a chord pad, it must also be removed. There are two or three screws that attach each board (major and/or minor) to the duct. After the screws are removed, pull the boards straight out of the notch it fits in. BE CAREFUL, they are usually in there pretty tight.

You can then remove the screws around the perimeter of the duct and remove it from the lower case for access to the fan.

To remove the fan, flip the unit over and loosen the screws that hold it to the case.

Voila! You have successfully taken apart your Magnus Chord Organ!
